The Juvenile Club had three representatives on Cork teams which took part in intercounty hurling competitions around the country on Saturday, 26th August.
David Joseph was on the U14 Cork City/East team that took part in the Abbotstown Tournament. They had wins against Meath and Carlow before losing their final game to Down by a point (1-07 to 0-09).
Justin Oke played with the U14 Cork A team in the Tony Forristal Tournament in Waterford. Cork had wins against Wexford and Clare, having lost their opening game against Galway. They exited the tournament after the group stage on points conceded.
Seán Walsh was on the U15 Cork A panel that competed in the Carrigdhoun Tournament that was held in Brinny. Cork had wins over Limerick and Tipperary in the group stage before winning the final against Galway on a scoreline of 4-13 to 3-03, with Seán scoring a point in that match.
