Almost 4mths to the day of our first JuniorC team in Carrigtwohill in 10 years our 2021 JuniorC Team bowed out to a strong Buttevant outfit. Our first training session this year was May 17th and we trained that night in the firm belief that this year we could establish a Junior Team once again. Never in our wildest dreams did we think that 4mths later this group of young women would take us as far as Qtr Finals of Championship. It wasn't our luck on the night, but our luck isn't always depicted by the scoreboard. Its depicted by the girls who we field - who returned to our Club to play Camogie and who have an unwavering team spirit and a desire to play and represent their Club. This will undoubtedly stand the test of many ups and downs. This group of young women are a mixture of Junior and Minor girls have shown massive commitment this past 4 months. When work schedules were up against training slots we had girls pulling up 15mins in so as not to miss our slot and we had girls rearrange work to attend matches. For all of those efforts a massive thank you. To Peter Hogan and the Senior Club for their unwavering support in ensuring we had pitches and training slots - thank you. To our Club Sponsor UN1F1ED2 who sponsored jerseys, sliotars etc for this team among others, thank you. To the team's supporters thanks for coming out and encouraging the girls on. But the biggest thanks of all goes to Val Cotter and the women who fielded and represented the 2021 Junior Team - thank you and we can't wait for next year. 

We continue to wish Nicole well on her recovery and wish Susan the very best of luck as she heads off o Spain for a few months. Susan was presented with a team jersey on the night.
