Confidential Support Service
available for
Carrigtwohill GAA Club Members
If you wish to speak to someone in confidence about any feelings that you may have, at any time, or if you need help or guidance in understanding and coming to terms with anything please call the number above.
It is the official helpline of the GAA and is available 24-7
It’s a completely confidential service available to you and we encourage you to avail of it and call if you need to talk to someone.
Equally, should you know of any of your friends or colleagues who you believe may be struggling to come to terms with any traumatic event, please encourage them to call also or talk to a loved one about their feelings. Or maybe call and ask how you might be able to help them.
If there is anything we can do to help and support you get through difficult times please let us know. We‘re all in this club and community together and we can all benefit from keeping an eye out for each other.
People react in many different ways to events, and all of them are quite normal. The document available here, Normal Responses to Abnormal Events, will give you more information on it.
