The morning of August 11th saw our U9 Panel traveling to Castlemartyr for their first Go Games Blitz of the year.
Playing 5 games against Sarsfield A, Aghada, St Catherine’s, Sarsfield B and Castlemartyr, the girls gave a great performance of themselves and had lots of fun. They put everything into all their matches and performed very well. You can really see their skills taking a big step forward now.
A few U8s were also brought to gain them a bit more experience by playing up an age, which is an idea that Coach Michael O’Sullivan is trying out this year. Its great to see new ideas coming into the Club. All of our older U8s will get a chance to play in one U9 Blitz each.

Ellen Bogue was a fantastic captain today. Well Done Ellen!
