Carrigtwohill GAA Healthy Club will host a workshop on nutrition for girls and boys who are 12 this year and older.  We would also love to see parents attend the workshop.  Admission is free.

Daniel Murphy, a registered dietician with APEX Nutrition will do the workshop, which will include:

- Cooking demonstration.

- Meal ideas.

- Smoothie making.

- Lunch ideas.

- Q & A session.

A well balanced diet is so important for young people's health and well-being, in particular, given the increase in obesity as a result of the consumption of ultra-processed foods.
