On behalf of Carrigtwohill Juvenile GAA Club I extend a warm welcome to you, the reader, to this our club planning programme.
In the latter months of 2014 the club executive, taking the initiative from the GAA national directive, decided to formally pen a club plan specific to our club needs. We feel this GAA Club Plan provides us with a structured approach to the development of our club and games over the coming 5 years and we hope it will be reflected upon as a positive step forward for our membership.
The plan has taken approximately 3 months of hard work to assemble, the membership of the organisation has been consulted and interacted with during the process and we are grateful to each and every member for their thoughts, insight and ideas for our progress to date and the direction which we need to take in relation to the clubs continued development into the future.
I also wish to sincerely thank the officers of the club for the time, commitment and energy they have shown in relation to this project.
I hope the future of our club exists in a bright and successful environment and if it doesn’t, it won’t be for the want of trying.
Le meas,
Niall Walsh
Chairman
