Carrig's Aaron Walsh Barry will line out at left corner back for the Cork U20 hurlers in the (delayed) 2020 U20 All-Ireland hurling championship final tomorrow evening.
The Rebels take on Dublin, who recently overcame Galway in the delayed Leinster final. The match throws in at 7.15pm in Nowlan Park, Kilkenny and will be broadcast live on TG4. (Unfortunately, there are no tickets available for the match due to Covid restrictions.)
Aaron has underage All-Ireland medals with Cork and played at wing back in both the U17 and U18 All-Ireland finals in 2017, winning an U17 medal and losing out narrowly to Galway in the U18 final in Croke Park on All-Ireland final day.
We are fierce proud of our very own AWB and we wish him, his teammates, coaches and backroom team the very best of luck in the match. Win, lose or draw, Aaron is a winner in Carrig eyes.
Aaron Abú!
